A "key witness" to the "mass rapes" Israelis claim Hamas committed on October 7th is now being accused by an Israeli journalist of being a serial liar who made up stories "from beginning to end." (Article republished from InformationLiberation.com) From The Electronic Intifada, "Key 7 October 'Mass Rapes' Witness Denounced as Liar by Israeli Reporter":
An Israeli man who claimed to have heroically rescued hundreds of people from Hamas fighters on 7 October 2023 has been exposed as an outright liar who made up stories "from beginning to end." The debunking of Rami Davidian's fabrications by a high-profile mainstream Israeli journalist is highly significant. But it comes a year after The Electronic Intifada concluded from its own investigations that Davidian's self-aggrandizing accounts were replete with inconsistencies, impossibilities and lies.
Davidian, who was a star witness in Sheryl Sandberg's 7 October atrocity propaganda film Screams Before Silence, also claimed to have seen dozens of dead victims of alleged rapes on that day, some with objects inserted into their genitals. Raviv Drucker, a journalist with Israel's Channel 13, revealed that his network was set to air an exposé of Davidian's lies in the coming days. The broadcast was, however, canceled after a promo trailing the report caused a public backlash. "Today in the early afternoon the CEO of Channel 13, Elimiano Calemzuk, called and said that he decided not to broadcast the segment on Rami Davidian that was scheduled to be broadcast on Sunday," Drucker revealed Friday in a post on Twitter/X.
"This was the first time that we spoke on this topic," Drucker said. "I told him that it would be a grave error." "Made up from beginning to end" Clearly upset at the suppression of his team's work, Drucker went on to describe how meticulously the report was prepared and to characterize what it reveals about Davidian's claims. "These are not slight exaggerations, mildly inflating the number of those rescued, absolutely not," Drucker wrote. "These are stories made up from beginning to end. Hair-raising stories that never, ever occurred." Drucker notes that Davidian's claims of rescuing Israelis "were quoted in a reputable film, in newspapers across the world [and] in an important book." The Electronic Intifada had already exposed Davidian's lies almost a year ago, when it debunked Screams Before Silence – likely the "reputable film" to which Drucker refers.
"The promo [for the exposé on Rami Davidian by Raviv Drucker] sparked wide public outrage - Israelis were furious about the plan to 'defame' a 'national hero,' popular Jewish anti-Zionist B.M. noted on X. "Soon after, the channel decided to cancel the airing of the report, despite protest from Drucker." "Many of those who were outraged didn't deny that Davidian is a serial liar, but claimed his lies were justified or that they're important for the national ethos," he added. "Here, for example, is a supposedly liberal Israeli, telling Drucker 'This is not the time to slaughter sacred cows' - a phrase which seems to be popular among Tweeters replying to the show's host." Cochav Elkayam-Levy, an Israeli operative who was awarded with the Israel Prize for pushing the "Hamas mass rapes" hoaxhad a similar fall from grace last year after being accused of scamming donors of millions of dollars and spreading misinformation. Sheryl Sandberg also got in hot water earlier this year after being accused of having tried to sexually take advantage of one of her female subordinates at Facebook. Last year, NewsGuard came after yours truly for helping expose this "mass rape" hoax. Our politicians keep repeating the lie as a show of fealty to the Israel Lobby and an Israeli firm with ties to the Mossad managed to lobby TikTok to agree to ban questioning the hoax story as a form of October 7th "denial." The Israeli Knesset earlier this year passed an "October 7th denial law" to jail people for five years for questioning the tall tale. "The legislation, sponsored by Yisrael Beytenu MK Oded Forer, is modeled after a 1986 law prohibiting Holocaust denial," the Times of Israel noted. Read more at: InformationLiberation.com
